Palm Beach International Raceway is currently seeking part-time cooks to work in the concession trailers and food tents. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working in one of our concession trailers or tent as well as assist the chef and supervisor in maintaining sanitation

• Able to work the grill and POS as instructed by the chef and concession supervisor
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production
• Ensure proper sanitation and storage of equipment
• Ensure compliance with state local and regulatory agencies as it relates to Food Service
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Required Skills:

• Culinary education preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Minimum one year volume cooking experience
• Ability to work morning or evening shifts, week days and weekends as needed.
