The Palm Beach International Raceway staff took the “Best Booth†honors at the Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach. The Palm Beach HOG (Harley Owners Group) 19th Annual Chili Cook-off was held Sunday afternoon.
Though skies threatened the afternoon’s activities, the PBIR staff along with many other groups came out to support Hospice of Palm Beach County.
The Palm Beach International Raceway’s “Hot off the Track†booth had a Radical race car, courtesy of Palm Beach Driving Club and a kid’s kart, courtesy of MRP Motorsport at Palm Beach International Raceway. The kart and the Radical drew major attention from the crowd as they wandered around tasting a variety of chili.
The booth also drew the attention of the judges, as the “Hot off the Track†booth was named the winner of “Best Booth.†The $100 prize that was awarded to PBIR was returned to Hospice of Palm Beach.
“It was great for the PBIR team to get away from the racetrack and get our name out in the Palm Beach community,†said Jason Rittenberry, President and CEO of PBIR. “To win ‘Best Booth’ was really exciting as well. I’m proud of our staff that put it all together.â€
