Palm Beach International Raceway is hosting one of its biggest summer events, “Night of Fireâ€, this Saturday, July 3. “Night of Fire†will offer entertainment for the entire family – including drag racing, a fireworks show and a kid’s zone.
Palm Beach International Raceway has set up a spectacular night of racing including appearances by two jet cars – Glory Days and Black Ice and runs by some of the fastest Pro Mods around.
In addition to the 6.50, 7.00 and 7.50 index 1/8 mile classes, we’ve added a Super Comp quarter-mile class. The Super Comp class is open to door cars, motorcycles and dragsters.
The kids can spend the afternoon and evening enjoying the kid zone in hula hoop contests and water balloon tosses. Once Glory Days and Black Ice have completed their heart-stopping rush down PBIR’s all-concrete quarter mile drag strip, spectators will be treated to a fireworks show.
"This is a great show to bring the whole family to," said Jason Rittenberry, president of Palm Beach International Raceway. "We've got a variety of classes, jet cars will be running and we're wrapping everything up with a fireworks show. PBIR is offering something for everyone at this event, it's definitely something you won't want to miss."
This family-friendly event is only $20 with kids 12 years old or younger are free. If you’ve served our country, bring your military I.D. and get in the gate for only $10.
