Our chef and catering staff will work closely with you to make sure your event is a success. We Strive for perfection and expect to create an occasion that you and your guest will never forget.
The PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY is a unique destination and we expect all aspects of your event to be of the highest standards and quality levels. We will provide all of the necessary amenities including gourmet to casual meal plans options, open and premium cocktail options, specialty Champagne and wine service.
On or before 72 hours prior to the event, the final number of guests must be decided upon and communicated to PBIR Catering. Unless previous arrangements have been made, the client‘s personal staff, instructors and all others must be included in this count.
We will be happy to arrange box lunches or other options for your staff per client’s request.
Final Catering Fees will be based off of this agreed number of guests. In the event the final number increases, we reserve the right to charge additional costs and fees to cover the added expenses. Any increase in count at time of service will be brought to the attention of the host.
An 18% Service Fee and applicable local taxes will be applied.
